I am an Oceana County Native and couldn't wait to leave home--which I did six days after graduation!  I never imagined I would be back and absolutely loving life in the old hometown, but it happened.  I feel my experiences in California and Indiana helped me to appreciate the quaintness of West Michigan, and especially the people!  In case you've not heard--the people of West Michigan are truly amazing!  Without the caliber of people in our area, Ludington, Pentwater, Silver Lake and every small town surrounding Lake Michigan, would never be near as fantastic as they are!
